Well, I guess i'm now officially a mom. I've had my first "sleepless" night up with a sick baby. Raidens got a horrible cough. He sounds like an 80 year old man hacking all night long. But, he seems better this morning. Poor little guy it seems like he catches everything that goes around. It's funny though cause you're not up thinking how tired you are, just how bad you feel for your baby. I guess it's true. You really do love your baby more than yourself.

Blessing

We blessed Raiden on Sunday. He looked so cute. I didn't have him wear the typical all white outfit. He wore a little white dress shirt and a tie. He looked so big. I was worried he would scream during the blessing but apparently he did the opposite and giggled. Thats so him! He's such a sweet little guy. Ricky did so good. I was a little worried, but he gave a beautiful blessing. I'm so glad I didn't have to do it. He got a little choked up at one point but I think thats so sweet. Thats probably one thing that people would never guess about Ricky, he's a big softy. Especially now when it comes to Raiden. I guess something happens to guys once they have kids. I love it. I need to post a picture of that day but I've left my camera at my moms. I'll do it tomorrow.

Christmas tree

We decorated the christmas tree last night. Well, I guess I should say I decorated the christmas tree while Ricky sat and watched. I love it. It might be a bit much but I guess thats how I do things. I kept pulling more and more garlands and flowers out. Ricky thinks i'm crazy. Raiden started bating his hands at his toys this week!! He's getting so big. It's already going by way too fast. I wish I could just freeze him right now. He's sooooo much fun!

Texas Rogers

We're so excited! Jeff, Becky and Brody are here! I think Brody looks so much like Raiden. They're gonna be best buds! Thanksgivings in two days so they're here for that. I can't wait for that thanksgiving day paper. I look forward to it all year long. I think it's my favorite part of the holiday!

They FIT!

Today was a Big exciting day! My first pair of Pre pregnancy jeans fit!!!!!!!!!! They weren't my skinny jeans but at least they didn't have an elastic waist.

High for the day= Zipping up those jeans
Low for the day = didn't finish a job I needed to get done

Halloween

Raidens first Halloween! We all dressed up and went to my parents BIG party. Raiden was a pirate. Ricky was Howie from Deal or No Deal. I was a Geisha girl. Everyone said Ricky should make money impersonating Howie. The OCD sure fits!!

We took Raiden to a pumpkin patch a couple of days before. Way to expensive. We ended up buying the pumpkin at walmart. $2.98, you can't beat that!

I did it!

Well, I finally did it. I started a blog! Kristen will be very happy with me. Now I just have to figure out what i'm doing. Big news in our lives, we just had a baby! Raiden was born August 15,2007 . Our first little guy. He's a little chubbers. He's now 2 and 1/2 months and weigh 15 pounds. He loves the bath tub and hates the car seat.
